Delete your EatApp app account and data
This page explains how users of any app EatApp publishes on Google Play, developed by Juice Explosion Pty Ltd t/a EatApp, can delete their account and associated data. No login is required to use this page.
Developer: Juice Explosion Pty Ltd t/a EatApp.
Which apps this covers
This page covers every app EatApp publishes on Google Play, including future apps.
Where your data is held
Apart from a push notification token for that device, the app itself does not collect personal data. Customer account data (profile, addresses, order/booking history, dietary preferences, marketing preferences) lives in the EatApp online ordering account embedded in the app.
How to request deletion
You do not need to log in to this website. Request deletion of the account and its data in any of these ways:
1) Open the Account page in the app, sign in and choose to remove your personal information or delete your account; or 2) email support@eatapp.net.au with the subject ‘Delete my EatApp app account’ from the email address on your account, and name the app as it appears on Google Play; or 3) send a web request from this page using the form below (it opens an email to support@eatapp.net.au from your device — same mailbox as option 2).
What is deleted
Customer account data held in the embedded online ordering account — profile (name, email, phone), saved addresses, order/booking history, dietary preferences and marketing preferences — is deleted within 30 days of a request from the Account page or by email.
The app holds only a push notification token for that device, which is removed on request or when the app is uninstalled.
What may be kept
Order and payment records required for tax and legal reasons, for up to 7 years, then deleted.
Payment card numbers are not stored by EatApp (payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe).
